Under the United Kingdom's Online and Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Yarn and Craft, for a full refund.
Order cancellations must be made via email to [email protected], quoting your order number, within 14 working days of the day after you receive the goods.
To cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us.
If however your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may choose to cancel your order and return the item(s) to us in their original condition*. You must notify us of your intention to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the item must then be returned to us within 14 days of the notification of cancellation. We will issue a refund of the cost of the items plus original basic postage costs on receipt, or exchange the item if preferred.
- *The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
- For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless we have made a mistake and the wrong item has been sent or if the item is faulty.
- The parcel must be returned within 14 working days after notification of cancellation of the order.

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
I Received the Wrong Item
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return, and the correct item will be posted out.
Discount Codes & Vouchers
If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Out of Stock
Should any items you order be temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know and will offer you either a similar item of the same value and quality or a full refund for the item
